Most people's midday energy drop occurs between 2 and 3 PM for several reasons, one of which is that your circadian rhythm naturally declines during these hours. Do something to reset and restart your energy in just five minutes. I used science to overcome this dip in daily vitality. These methods are 100% quicker than drinking coffee and have no after effects.

Vertical Movement

  • Climb stairs for 2-3 flights rapidly
